1. Our services
We provide SEO services (technical, on-page, local, ecommerce, content and AI search optimization) and WordPress website development. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement (“Agreement”). If it conflicts with these terms, the Agreement applies.
2. No guarantees of results
Search engines and AI platforms control their own rankings and answers. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or appearance in AI-generated answers. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm updates and your site’s condition.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and timely access to what we need (such as your website, analytics, Google Business Profile and approvals), and to confirm you have the right to give us that access. Delays on your side may delay results.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing schedule and payment terms are set out in the Agreement. Third-party costs, such as hosting, plugins and tools, are separate unless the Agreement says otherwise.
5. Timelines
We give honest estimates, but timelines depend on prompt feedback and access from you, and on factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
- Your content and materials stay yours.
- Deliverables: once you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you (such as written content and reports).
- Our tools and methods: we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how.
- Third-party software (themes, plugins) remains under its own license.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to provide the services.
8. Third-party tools and platforms
Our work may depend on third-party platforms (Google, WordPress plugins, hosting providers and others). We aren’t responsible for their changes, outages or policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rankify Growth isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in question during the [3 or 6 or 12] months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
10. Termination
Either party can end an Agreement by giving [30] days’ written notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches it. You’ll pay for work completed up to the end date.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse our site, attempt unauthorized access or copy our content without permission. Our site content is provided for general information and isn’t professional advice for your specific situation.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, and disputes will be handled in its courts, unless the law of your location requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes don’t affect existing signed Agreements.
