Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request an audit or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), website URL and anything you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, through cookies and similar tools.

We only send marketing emails with your consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Where we offer it, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sharing. 5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, analytics and form tools, and only as needed. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a business sale or merger.

Our service providers may store or process data in the United States or other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We use contractual and other safeguards where required.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
US residents. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy, and opt out of the sale, sharing or targeted advertising use of your information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. California residents can find further details in the “Notice for California residents” below.
Canadian residents. Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent (subject to legal or contractual limits), and ask questions about how we handle your data. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial regulator. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including data portability and the right to ask how automated tools are used.

9. Notice for California residents
In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), internet activity (pages visited, browser and device data) and business information you give us. We collect this for the purposes in Section 3, and we do not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can authorize an agent to submit a request for you.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
11. Children
Our site isn’t intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
12. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
